In placing an order with Anna Campion you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Anna Campion is domiciled in the UK and makes no warranty to anyone who places an order from outside UK that this website complies with any non-UK laws or regulations and no local promotions will apply to these products.

Contract

A contract will come into place when an order is placed, confirmed and the goods are despatched. At this point your credit card will be charged to the value of the goods ordered.

Prices & Availability of Goods

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Sales tax, VAT – at the current rate of 17.5%. If your order is being sent to an EC Member State then the selling price will include VAT. Any customs duties or levies in your destination country will be your responsibility.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website and in our brochure, data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour the price. If you see any price which you believe to be inaccurate then please contact us on info@annacampion.com.

Delivery and Charges

We aim to despatch products within 5 working days of receipt of order.

Stock Availability

We aim to always have items in stock and if not then this will normally be indicated on the website. There are occasions, however, when an item is not available after ordering in which case we will inform you as soon as possible that this is the case. Where one or more items from an order are unavailable for a short period we will still send out the rest of the order to you and the other items will be sent on as soon as we receive them. In these cases only one delivery charge will be made.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your Anna Campion items. However, should you wish to return the goods you should do so within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, with original packing.

Please read the Product Care instructions carefully as we are unable to accept any returns which have been damaged in the wash.

Making Returns

Returns should be sent within 7 days of delivery of the order. In order to do this please fill out the Returns Form on the back of the Invoice which was sent with the order ensuring that you reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail ensuring that you have the correct insurance cover when returning valuable objects. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item then we will naturally reimburse you fully.

Payment and Security

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. Payments can be made by phone, fax, post or on-line. Please note that we are unable to accept cheques.

Security is a major concern and we take it very seriously. Our systems ensure that your information is totally safe. Our on-line payment facility is provided by WorldPay which use the latest 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol used to encrypt your data so that it is sent in a secure manner and stops it from being intercepted in transit. With WorldPay, in reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

Conformity of Goods

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation light variations in the actual good may occur. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer

The supply of the products or their use or resale by you, and the entire liability of Anna Campion under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
